A place to meet with Jesus
The King’s Table
The King’s Table is a place to slow down, share food and have honest conversations about faith and life. Inspired by the way Jesus gathered people around tables, it creates a welcoming space where everyone belongs and can come just as they are.
Its purpose is to help people grow as disciples of Jesus through opening the Bible, sharing experiences and learning from one another. It isn’t about having all the answers, but about walking with Jesus together and allowing faith to shape everyday life.
There is a place for you at The King’s Table. Come as you are, bring your questions and your story, and join us as we eat together, explore faith and discover what it means to follow Jesus
King’s Table Vision
The vision of The King’s Table is to bring people together from every stage of life and faith in Jesus. It is a place to get to know one another, find like-minded people to grow alongside, and develop godly character together. Around the table, we celebrate each other, offer help and support through life’s different seasons, and share what God has given us—our faith, experiences, gifts and stories. As we grow, the vision is to multiply, creating more tables where others can find friendship, belonging and a place to grow in Jesus.
There is a story in the Old Testament about Mephibosheth, the grandson of Saul. He found his place at the king’s table where he was accepted for who he was – he did nothing to earn his place there, but he found himself dining on the finest of food and wine, and in the presence of the king himself. This is part of the vision for King’s Table – to be a place where they come into the presence of the King of Kings, and find a place of belonging and acceptance.

The Story of Mephobosheth
In 2 Samuel 9, King David seeks out Mephibosheth, the grandson of Saul. Living in hiding, carrying the pain of his past and the limitations of his disability, Mephibosheth expects judgment, yet he receives an extraordinary invitation instead. David restores what had been lost and says, "You shall always eat at my table."
He is welcomed, not because of what he has achieved, but because of the king's kindness. It is a powerful picture of God's grace towards each one of us. We are invited into his presence not because we deserve a seat, but because he delights to welcome us.
King's Table is built on that same invitation. Every one of us comes carrying something, whether it's disappointment, shame, questions, grief, fear, or the weight of our own mistakes. None of us arrives with a perfect story, yet the invitation is the same for everyone: come and sit with the King.
Around his table we find acceptance, belonging, and grace before we have everything figured out. As we gather around God's Word, we discover that there is room for us, room to grow, and room for others who are longing to know the welcome of the King.
Like Mephibosheth, we all come to the King’s Table carrying parts of our story that may feel broken or difficult. Yet the invitation is the same for everyone. We are welcomed by the King, given a place to belong and reminded that his grace is greater than our past.
